Gotta love ross! I mean digging for something you like and getting it at an incredible price is so worth it! This Ross is clean and the employees are very helpful. My favorite part is the greeters up front! Their smile and greeting right when you enter the store, sets a positive tone for me, everytime I visit:-)
The older woman running the dressing room was so rude to my sister and I. We had my baby niece with us and asked if we could bring the cart in with us since we had her all set up in there. The woman rudely told us carts can't go in there with a very demeaning tone of voice.. that was frustrating but whatever, rules are rules. So we packed up the baby stuff and the clothes we wanted to try on and went in. On our way out we handed her our items that didn't work out and my sister went to put the item she wanted into our cart. The woman stepped in front of me and my niece that I was holding to not let me pass and repeatedly counted the items we had. It was such a horrible experience and feeling that this woman automatically thought that my sister and I would try to shoplift or something. I am still feeling so insulted and am so not wanting to ever return to this store. Such a disrespectful employee..
Prices are good. Selection not the greatest. Employees looked miserable.
Big place filled with clothing, accessories, home decor, etc. at cheap and affordable prices. They also have a fair amount of clothing for plus sizes as well. Ross Dress for Less is kind of like an equivalent of Canada's Winners Homesense.
