My experiences here have been nothing short of outstanding. I was so pleasantly greeted by Jackie in the front office. She later helped me figure out a financial arrangement and payment plan to suit my needs. Dr. Cho was awesome and very thoughtful. I like that his office is up to date and has all of the newest technology. Dr. Cho's nurses, Shannon and Ashley were very helpful as well. The whole team works really well together and seems like they have a great system down. I am confident that I have found my dentist for life. If you're looking for a new dentist, GO HERE!
I came to Smokey point smiles dentistry in a lot of pain. I want to say how amazing the staff is. they are very friendly and caring. they go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They put me at ease with a complete diagnosis to get to the source of the problem and initiated a treatment. I am out of pain and my tooth restored. I will go back again for any future dental needs.
Dr Cho is the best dentist ever and his staff is absolutely amazing. I love this office so much and they have been so easy to work with my financial situation. They specialize with people who don't have insurance and make things super easy to understand and not overcomplicate things. I highly recommend them. I am bringing my whole family to them!
I will be moving out of state in a month. I want to take Dr. Cho and his staff with me. It has taken me 15 years to find a dentist of his caliber, I do not want to lose him or his wonderful staff.
Highly recommended. I was visiting out of town and my old crown came off. They got me in the same day, and I walked out with a brand new natural looking teeth in less than 3 hours! Seeing all the technology and and expensive looking equipments, I was expecting a huge bill but it was much more affordable than my old dentist. Dr. Cho is very knowledgeable and skilled dentist, and the his assistant Ashley made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She even gave me blankets to keep me warm.
Smoky Point has the most up-to-date equipment that I have ever seen. They made a cap for me while I was there, I got to. Watch the machine make it! My sister who works as a dental assistant in another state was impressed with the technology they have. Not only is it modern, but it is clean. I am a germaphobe, when the assistant pulled out Cavicide, and disinfected her work area, I felt at ease.

If you are looking for pain free, quality care by a personable, knowledgeable dentist-look no further. Smoky Point is your place and Dr. Cho is your dentist. Be aware that Dr. Cho is a younger dentist, do not let that fool you, he IS VERY knowledgeable in his profession.

Dr. Cho and his staff have done several procedures on me, and I have not experienced any pain or had any complications due to the work they have done. This includes the root canal that the endodontist did. Dr. Cho has a gentle touch, and he consistently checks with you to make sure you are doing alright. He is nice and down to earth, and has a demeanor that makes you relax ( an uncommon trait for a dentist).
