Yesterday, 8/8/17, I went to JCPenny in Marysville at approximately 7:10pm and was very upset to see that the store was already closed. According to Google, they closed at 8pm. They had a particular sale going on yesterday, and with my coupons it would have been a very very good deal, but because of the incorrect hours listed with Google I missed the sale. I feel that a big corporation like this should have the correct hours listed. Very frustrating and inconvenient for customers.

My nephew and i went to the Marysville, wa store this afternoon to deal with a men's tie issue. The staff went above and beyond to help us. Five employees came to our rescue. All of them were cheerful and made sure our situation was resolved before we left the store. I did not get their names, unfortunately. Because of employees that helped us today, i will continue to shop at Penney's. You five are the best! Thank you very much.
This store has always been a place I have shoped for shirts, sometimes shoes. Today I was looking at belts, I found the belt section and found several on the floor, I picked up two of them and hung them up. I noticed the price and stopped looking. To expensive for my pocket book. There were also shirts that were laying on the floor. Mr JC Penny would never have aloud that to happen. I don't think I will be back anytime soon. I will give them a second chance. I want to shop where people care about and take ownership where they work!
