Btw: He did the job in the evening, the next day after I spoke with him. I honestly didn't expect to get the job done for at least a month after talking to the other businesses.
I was most impressed with how hard he worked, how knowledgeable he is, his quick response and how thourghly he checked everything.
Now, Josh - Prime Time Electric: Honest, straight forward conversation. Without seeing the job he gave me an approximation of cost and then came in right on the mark. The job wasn't simple or straight forward but he did it in a very professional manner and impressed me with his reasoning. The job was done rapidly and I am very confident in his work.
After going on Angie's list looking for an electrician, I was met by a lack of call backs. I googled a liscened electrician for my area and Primetime Electric came up. After reading the reviews I decided to give him a call. After leaving messages all day for electricians on Angie's list, I was shocked when Josh answered, lol. I figured since it was around 2:30pm I'd be looking at the next day before he could come out. He was there an hr and half later, as promised.
Josh came out and after a lot of troubleshooting, poor guy, he finally found the problem. It was an easy fix, once located. The damage from our light fixture was bad and needed some work. It was getting late and he didn't have the parts he needed. So he returned the next morning, as promised and fixed the light, installing the new fixture.
I would and will use him again, if I have electrical needs. I will also be recommending him to anybody and everybody that needs an electrician.
The job was done fast, and he cleaned up after himself. He stayed until everything was set up and functioning properly. I highly recommend the service to anybody!
Last Summer I bought new hot tub from Costco. It was hard to find a good electrician to hook up power(it has to be done by professionals). I was surprised that in my neighborhood is Primetime Electric LLC with great prices and fast reliable service.
I recently had some electrical issues at my home. Lights and microwave were on the fritz and then the laundry machine went out. I gave Josh a call and to my delight he came over the very next day. He took logical steps to decipher the problem in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Josh for any electrical work. He's trustworthy, great work ethic with a good sense of humor. THUMBS UP!
My husband & I are preparing to sell our home and asked Josh to come out to determine if we should update our panel before listing or if it wouldn't be worth it. Josh gave us incredible advice about how to best prepare our home to be listed, he even suggested that we skip replacing the panel because he truly listened to our concerns and budget/time constraints. By providing us with totally honest advice that looked out for our best interest, he ended up saving us $3000+ (which meant he lost a $3000+ job). In the future I plan to call Josh for all of our electrical work. It is rare to find a contractor who looks out for new homeowners and wants to put them first before his own business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I was in need of an electrician due to outlets not working and then suddenly working again. In other words a short somewhere in the circuit. We have just dealt with this for awhile. My husband decided to replace a light fixture in our garage bathroom which blew a breaker and damaged the whole light fixture mounting. He left the breaker off because he was worried about the fixture. So I spent the day without some lights, wi-fi, my microwave and lights in our garage.
First, what I learned about electricians: Most do not want your residential business unless it is a big job (really big). I got the run around from multiple businesses who all supposedly do small jobs. I would guess they just use small jobs to keep their low level employees busy.
He gave me his card along with the receipt, I kept it, I never keep business cards but this one I will use again and provide the number to friends. ( If I don't like you I telling you to call those other guys who don't want your business except to train their newbies on). Prime Time Electric truly deserves this 5 star review.
