literally the worst 10 minute purchasing experience in my life. Friendly greeting from a best buy employee who showed me to the right person to help me. I wasn't there long enough to catch the red headed employees name who was verbally abusive and actually eye rolled me for asking to touch a product to see how it works. He was so angry...I sat in the parking lot after with my GF trying to figure out what just happened. I guess we all have bad days. I hope he is okay!
Great advice! Register worker told me that I can get my ear buds replaced if they break by buying a $6 two year warranty. I wear ear buds constantly for computer work and listening to music. They break all the time and the cost of replacing them quickly adds up. $6 bucks is easily cheaper than buying another $20 set. Great deal!
Worst customer service I have ever had from the management at the Smokey point location. I will never buy anything from them again manager was disrespectful in so many ways refused to talk to me on the phone I had to drive down to the store just for her to give me the cold shoulder.
No loss. Don't support their products, don't read their notes, don't solve your problems, solve the problems they feel are worth doing. This is a con game. Don't fall for it.
Fitbit problems, again! Thank goodness for the 2 year warranty I bought but the prices went up and the girl said that I would have to pay the difference. I asked for the manager and he fixed the price difference and I was on my way with the new Fitbit.
Purchased an router/modem combo with Geek Squad set up and support. Long story short: equipment not working after 5 months. Geek Squad consistently failed to address the issue, both over the internet and during an in person service call. Though I was assured on two separate calls by two separate phone reps that the service was free for the in-service appointment, the person who came out tried to charge $100, mentioned again that he wasn't supposed to be over here doing this for free. Because all he did was an install, not checking the IP addresses, which Geek Squad listed as the issue during trouble shooting over the phone, the problem is not fixed. Because I wouldn't sign that I was satisfied with a simple install when that wasn't my issue, the rep informed me that I'm permanently banned from Geek Squad.
