They are always accommodating to any injuries/limits you may have and will modify ANY workout to your specific needs. At this gym, you end up going further than any limit you may have set for yourself. They make you see the strength you didn't know you had! This place is my 2nd home and the closest thing I'll have to a church. Best staff around and programming too. I've lost 110 (last I checked) since I've been here. If you're serious about crossfit or creating a better you, this is the place to be.
