I have ordered a 3 gorilla shelves, and 2 gladiator cabinets. Am very happy for the most part. But a few of the parts were dinged up. I honestly feel they were that way by the time they got to the local store.

The store clerk and what seemed to be the manager were rather devious. They rang me up with a delivery charge which on the Sears web site was free for my location. They told me when I questioned them about it that that was for the online orders only but then said that online would not deliver to my address for free and that their delivery charge was half the cost of the online orders. Well I just went to the Sears site and sure enough they would deliver for free. I told them I would pick it up rather than pay the $45 for the delivery. I have been lied to by these two. I am cancelling my order tomorrow.

I'll be picking up a little trailer from the Home Store in the next day or two.

The mfgr of the shelf sent me a new part to replace the tweaked one.

I do most of my shopping online and recently ordered 2 sets of impact socket sets, one from Marysville, one from Everett.. along with a drill and impact drill set.. Everett was "ready for pick up" exactly 13 minutes after online purchase.. Marysville was gonna take almost 3 weeks for "ready for pick up" when I went in for the drill set 3 days after purchase they took one off the shelve because they couldn't "find" what I ordered.. and the socket set they didnt wanna take off the shelf because it "was on display".. in other words if I took that same display socket set and told them I wanted to buy it they would have sold it to me.. I don't know what it is about Marysville sears but you guys need to get your act together, till then I'll drive and extra 20 min into Everett for my future purchases.. and that's because I live in Marysville... SMH

This is the same Sears that was higher up towards smokey point. Still the same bad service and customer care. We now refuse to give them any business. We had a small simple return, and because we missed the "30 day return" by one day they refused to help us out. They do NOT take care of their customers here.

Replaced our Craftsman pliers free of charge.
