Unfortunately our experience was very negative on three separate occasions. First they tried to draw blood on our infant and got blood all over the mom, the baby, the room but couldn't get it in the vial so sent us somewhere else and charged us anyway. We paid it. Secondly, they billed us for an appointment that we "missed" but that we never had scheduled. Lastly, they severely burned our 3 year old with a topical treatment that ate through his skin and left him in immobilizing pain for days. They charged us for it. When we complained they said we couldn't come back.
