I went in there today. And I have bought about 5 bongs from here in the past year. Usually always nice sales workers there. But today I went in and I was completely disrespected by the employee there. I went in, grabbed a candy bar and went over to look at dab rigs. the employee just stood there by the register and stared at me. So I asked if I could see a bong, he asked to see my I.D which was fine because I do look young but I am 20 years old. So he checked my I.d then proceeded to tell me to get out, and that he doesn't speak English. I was confused because I am of age to buy these items and he refused to sell even a candy bar to me. I was in shock. he yelled at me and wouldn't give me his managers number. Finally after about 10 mins of me asking him to give me his managers number because he had no reason to not sell to me. He finally calls and gives me the phone, His manager then tells me She can't do anything and that its okay that he won't sell to me. I asked the manager what the reason was why he wasn't selling to me and she wouldn't give me an actual reason. I feel so disrespected and the fact that the manager didn't care that her Employee completely disrespected me and had no reason to not sell to me. I have bought plenty of bongs there but I will not come there again. Thank you Smoke and Beer for disrespecting me and making me feel like I'm nothing because not even the manager would help me.
