Also, when I order online it's to save time, but it literally takes just as long. I show up, let them know I placed a web order, then wait for 10-15 minutes. If my order includes a shake they usually forget about it until they call my name and notify them about it. Then, quite a few times (including today) they make the wrong shake. If it was for me I wouldn't care, but when it's a surprise for a friend it's a let down.
I love five guys burgers, it's probably my favorite chain-fast food place to grab a quick burger. Unfortunately, however, this location has quite a few issues following ordering requests. I stop in or order online at least once a week, and nearly every order has an issue - it's pretty disappointing.

Now I'm a 5 guys freaking fanatic love this place but this one slacking in every aspect as sad as that is for me to say. Large fries barley even filled no extra burger cheese wasn't even melted and over cooked. Service can't say sucked but defiantly not at all like any other uppity 5 guys I've been to. The fries are sitting in the baskets n we're stail. My strawberry shake was suppose to have real strawberries and it was the regular flavor like most burger joints. Too expensive. Would never go back there.
Fairly fast service while establishment was busy. I'm frugal and I feel it's expensive for burgers and fries, however my husband doesn't mind and he likes to take the kids after basketball or softball. They appear to have almost exclusively teens worked by there, which is great for learning how to enter the work force. However they need a manager or supervisor to coach them on these issues, and give them proper training and expectations for future employment.
