Rude uncaring staff poorly secured vehicle storage.
Called owner, asked how long it would take before my car battery would be able to be charged. He seemed very unsure, ' uggh...20 mins or so...' i asked if he was sure, and he told me that he had drivers available at least. He hung up, and so i called Henry's towing. Immediately the lady on the other line, said 'i know you've been calling around, he owns 3 other tow company's, so you might as well quit with us...' she put me back on the line with the other guy, i explained to him that i was needing a more direct answer, in regards to the estimated time of arrival of the truck. Also explained that if i were to find a truck that was quicker, id call back and cancel my other arrangement, especially since the current truck has not yet been sent...He laughed and said, 'whatever i don't even wanna do business with you, bye bye now!...'
Wouldn't help is because we called another company.. wow.. do not use this company.. absolutely the worst customer service I ha e seen I a while
had a bad run in and these guys towed me. when i got my truck back the price was fair and the lady at the desk had a nice pep to her. She was very understanding and polite.
WARNING Stay away from this place,VERY RUDE!!! I Told him you won't see me again and he laughed!
