I went to look at a used SUV needed a bigger car due to some changes within family. I had just purchased another car a small 2 door hatchback not even 2 months ago from another dealer in Lynnwood and was still basically new to me. The Honda team was very helpful and so nice. I explained my situation and they were not pushy or trying to rush me into anything or get the guilt trip sales men pitch. They were very professional and extremely flexible.
We've been bringing our cars to Marysville Honda since they opened. The service is always excellent, friendly, professional and very clear upfront about costs. My car is always washed and vacuumed. Loaner cars are available, but waiting is enjoyable! You have 4 great waiting rooms that include complimentary tea, cocoa, or coffee, computers, toy room, phone charging, wifi, and big screen TVs. Everything is really clean, too. A great place!
In the end i got into a perfect used SUV and love it and the overall experience was great and well worth it. No stress or push from the sales team. I worked with Jorge who was amazing and super helpful as well!!!
Service was excellent as always. Ryan is great to work with, very friendly and helpful. They explain each step of the process and I never feel like they are trying to push “extras” on me.
Sandy has helped me twice now and I will only want her to help me going forward. Absolutely genuine and uncommonly good service (I was warmly greeted and walked me outside to my vehicle upon return, thanked me for my business and shook my hand) and I can trust what she is telling me about my vehicle. From start to finish Sandy was very professional and did what she said she was going to do. Very satisfied and highly recommend working with her.
