This business does not even deserve one star. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!! They do not hold to their word at all! Our daughter had a horrible experience with everyone here. Kurt and Dave are who she dealt with...the supposable owner and general manager. She traded her truck in, and gave a hefty cash down payment. She chose a car that would suit her needs (smaller, gets better gas mileage, etc.). The very same day, right after signing paperwork, the check engine light comes on. They have her bring it down the next day, and keep the car for 8 days. (telling us they are working with Roy Robinson to have it fixed). The "owner", Kurt states that "If he cannot get it fixed properly, then she can choose a different car on the lot, or take back her truck and down payment. He says he doesn't want us to leave with a bad taste in our mouth." (Okay, good business)...WRONG!!!!! We go to pick up her car...they said it was fixed and good as new. We leave the lot (check engine light came on when we pulled out on State Ave), and immediately go to Roy Robinson to have them run the vin# to see what work they had done on it (since Mountain Loop conveniently had no paperwork of what was done), and low and behold...the only thing the dealership did on it, was a diagnostic check over a month ago. Their findings were a misfire in cylinder #2. The same code that it is still reading when they gave her the car back, after they said it was fixed. They did not fix it at all, nor did they have the dealership fix it. The only thing Mountain Loop did was clear the codes before she came to pick up the car. We went back and told them we would like to take them up on a different car, or get her truck and money back....and they said "No". They said that they don't do business that way, and besides...she is stuck with that car because technically the bank owns it. ***So this is how grown men, and a local business treat a 19 year old girl with her first big purchase.*** DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!! THEY DONT HAVE A RELIABLE MECHANIC, AND THEY DO NOT HOLD THEIR END OF THE DEAL UP!!!!
I recently purchased a car for my son from this business. I had visited several dealers over the course of two months looking for a car, and was pretty turned off by some aggressive sales people. The employee I worked with at Mt. Loop was a breath of fresh air. Obviously, he was still looking to sell cars, but what I really appreciated about Craig at Mt. Loop was that he was clean cut, helpful and attentive... yet not overly pushy. I didn't feel pressured at all, and my son and I could get inside and test drive whichever car we wanted. When we decided on "the" car, I felt that we got a good deal and that the purchasing process went smoothly. I recommend this business to anyone looking for a used car. Ask for Craig...His service was exceptional.

I came in here looking for a car for my daughter not planning on finding one myself. I love this places no pressure from the sales men. My daughter and I both ended up getting cars. Craig helped me and Alex helped my daughter both very helpful on all aspects of our shopping experience. Yes I wld highly recommend coming here to get a car.
ONLY GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO WASTE TIME, MONEY, AND WANT TO BE SCAMMED INTO AN UNSAFE VEHICLE!!!!!! This place is terrible. I traded in my truck for car (something smaller and more economical) and immediately had problems with the car. Right off the lot and check engine light came on and it was for a cylinder 2 misfire, and they said they'd take it to a certified dealership to fix it, they didn't, but lied to me and said they did. And when they explained they said they "fixed it themselves", well, the check engine light came back on with a MULTIPLE cylinder misfire. These people are scam artists and will not hold up their word. Terrible service and none of their cars are clean or fixed. I ended up needing to trade the car in at a real dealership because the car wasn't making me feel safe. If I could give them zero stars I would they don't even deserve one.
