They have worked with me patiently as I struggled for payments for a Dell Inspirion laptop I am purchasing. Sad to say I believe they can only do so much. I hope to do business with them in the future. They are very willing to help but, only to their own limitations and policies. Great customer service
Terrible service. We were lied to about the condition of our furniture. We were promised that our bedroom set wasn't the trashed floor model and we got the trashed floor model. There was blood, hair, and Cheetos in the drawers of our chest. Our couch was falling apart and even the brand new lamps were sratched and dented. When we confronted them about it they were extremely rude. When we canceled our service and set the time for them to pick up the furniture they never showed up and had us waiting all day without even a phone call.
Great wants me to buy more major purchases for 18 to 24 month commitment or cash choice 120 days!
