I'm only giving a 3 Star due to the fact that I HATE your delivery method. We've had 2 wonderful experiences buying from this store, he last one being with Max. But the fact that you deliver on a geographical schedule is very inconvenient and I won't shop at Mor any more for this reason. I'm not going to take the chance of my furniture delivery disrupting my 4yr old and husbands sleep. So fingers crossed when my new furniture arrives it's well before night fall this time, though I doubt it.
James was an excellent sales person, very tentative, had a great personality, and was very patient with us as we circled the store several times trying to make up our minds. He offered us snacks and beverages and made us feel very comfortable. He also was very knowledgeable about the different fabrics, and furniture styles. James made our living room furnishings experiencing pleasurable! We are very happy with our purchase, and were able to save a little due to a promotion. We will be recommending our friends go see James at Mor!
Extremely poor customer service!! Sales people will be fairly friendly initially to get you to buy everything but even at that they aren't very helpful. Spent $3,500 in their store and the second we got our new couch in our house the recliner button was broken! We spent an extra $300 to get the power recliners because the manuals were 6 weeks out and then the button was broken! I assumed this would be taken care of no problem, after being on the phone for an hour with the call center including the supervisor there I had gotten no where. I told them I would call the store that just made so much money off of me and hopefully the salesman who just got a big chunk of commission from my sale would be a little more willing to help us. Good news is that the button is going to be shipped out but we have to put it in ourselves, the salesperson was extremely rude when he called to let me know they had one in stock. The manager was kind and understood our frustration but still wouldn't help us out. Bad news is the corner piece of my sectional won't be here for 6 weeks and I'm stuck in business with these guys because they don't take refunds. If they did I would've returned it all right away and gone somewhere else. I'd think they would rather waive a $60 service fee then loose customers but that wasn't the case. Once my business is done with them I will never return and I will be sure to tell everyone I know the same thing. Avoid this place because if anything is wrong with the furniture you purchase they are less than helpful to honor it.
Jordan the sales associate who helped me was very energetic and full of knowledge about their products. He helped me visualize the space in my home and even drew me a diagram illustrating the configuration that would best fit my space. Thanks Jordan for the amazing level of service your bosses should give you a raise!
Brit at the Marysville store was our sales rep and she was great. I had a hard time deciding what rating to give because I don't usually give reviews and I definitely don't give 5 stars. However this woman went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I. We came in (most likely looking a little ragged) with two small kids under 6 and instantly sat on a couch. More for gathering our game plan to navigate the store than anything, and she came up and introduced herself to the kids first. Once we told her what we came in for she got to work showing us what fit our vague description of needs. We could not have been the easiest customers to help shop for because I am 8 months pregnant with two kids running around wanting all the red, white, and blue balloons and my boyfriend is 6'6" so furniture is usually on the small side for him. She joked with us, was patient with us and the kids, and never made us feel like we were wasting her time. We felt bad that we didn't purchase our bed from her but we (as a couple) cant agree on a bed. At the end of it all we would go back to that store for the sales rep. The store itself was nothing special or different but the rep has earned out business. If she went to a different furniture store we would buy from her. She was honest and helpful.
