We got our wedding rings here. Went in recently to get my husband's ring reshaped and got not only that (for free), but some great jewelry care advice too (that didn't include a sales pitch of any kind). Wish I knew the names of the two associates who helped me, but really, everyone there is great, and so are the products and prices!

My niece used to work here so I've stopped in one time before. Since that time, I tell everybody what a wonderful shop this is. The shop is wonderfully set up and very vibrant. I stopped in as I heard there is a moving sale. I brought a ring that I stopped wearing because I didn't know how to clean it properly. Not only did my ring get a good cleaning, she showed me how to do it right! I can wear my pretty again!!! Thank you Lizzy's! You Rock!!
Just went in to check on getting my necklace fixed. They wanted me to leave the necklace and it would take a week to get an estimate. Two weeks to get it fixed? It needs a new bail. When I hesitated about leaving it with them for an estimate in a week, the blonde dismissively walked away in the middle of the conversation. I guess she was done. So am i. Won't be darkening your door with any of my business again.
