Great pizza and delivery is generally excellent when it comes to timing to get to you.
My pizza was delicious but I did have to wait 40 minutes, a very long time for a collect in store order. They messed up my wife's order and because it took so long we had to leave they did give us a refund without any problem.
This was the first papa John's we tried, it definitely could have been better.
Melissa took my order over the phone. She was a polite, nice young lady who was very patient when taking down directions to my home.
Very disappointed...I went in to pick up my order that I had placed online. First, they couldn't find my order, then they had me sign the credit card slip, but didn't give me my order. So I figured it wasn't quite ready yet. No problem, I can understand that. Finally after 10 minutes another employee got back from a delivery and found my order on the shelf. It had been ready when I got there! The best part, I got home and found the pizza was burned, there were supposed to be 8 garlic knots, but I only got 5, 3 of which were VERY small and they were burned worse than the pizza. Very disappointed, will definitely take the time to go to the Lake Stevens store next time!
These ladies made my day! Made me a pizza that was OK with the diet I am following. Went out of their way to do it! I'm in heaven! Sweetest women ever!
