Their pizza is okay. Consistent but just okay. I am no longer ordering from pizza hut though because their ridiculous delivery fee keeps increasing. A few weeks ago I was appalled at a $3.50 fee to bring me pizza less than 2 miles away. Today that fee is $4.29. This is straight profit for a greedy company that I refuse to pay. I'll be ordering elsewhere from now on.
Order online works great with deals and quick food. Normally around 15 minutes from order to ready and orders have always been exactly right. Better than some other pizza huts I've been to.
Very poor customer service over the phone. My 2nd grader won a pizza certificate for reading over 80 minutes in the month of February. When I called to place an order for her pizza the employee who answered the phone was horrible at his job. He took over a minute to answer or I was immediately placed on hold and listened to music. Then he picked up, I asked for an explination of where their store is located and he didn't answer. He proceeded to ask for my contact information and when I told him my details he made me repeat myself on each item. Then he asked what I would like and when I told him he immediately placed me on hold!! This time I waited for 4 minutes and then hung up. I was so frustrated because I wanted the order ready upon arrival. I called back again and someone picked up quicker, this time a different male employee. He seemed to have better customer service. He took our order and said it would take 15-20 minutes!! Let's just say we will never return and this is the worst experience with a Pizza Hut. I was planning on ordering additional food with the free coupon, but after that experience no way! The owner needs to train the staff better.
READ THE REVIEWS... The customer service "John" is so bad I will never return to this location again. For you Google reviewers please don't waste your time your money just to be unsatisfied with the food quality and the customer service at this place. You'll wind up going there and you'll wish you had listened to this review. Please please listen to this warning. Just a few blocks South down the street is MOD Pizza where their customer service is spectacular and you'll get the pizza the way you want it every time.
We use this pizza location each time we order. It's always hot and juicy. Cooked to perfection. Since they put in new ovens, which was actually a little while ago. They are delicious! Ask my family I like quality and service. Staff is friendly, star communication skills, and always acknowledged when I walk in to pay. I just wish, I lived in delivery range. I'm ok with those less calories. I was surprised when I saw their scores online. 5 star here for corporate pizza. Looks like major problem is delivery times.
