3 stars for now, subject to change. The first time we visited this location was a good experience. Quick service, correct order, and hot food. 2nd visit wasn't so great. 8pm on a Thursday, no other customers. We waited almost 10 minutes for our order of 2 burgers and 2 fries. Meal was almost cold when we got home, we live 5 minutes away. The burgers tasted good, but the fries tasted old. We are going to give this location one more shot, 3/3. As for Thursday evening crew, don't waste you $$. Go have tacos. This Carl's Jr best step up their game else Sonic is gonna run 'em into the dirt.
Stopped by for a quick bite but ended up sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes before we got our food, and they screwed up the order to boot! Was already running late from the wait so just dealt with it instead of going back to complain!
Good for fast food but the service is horrible. The other reviews are accurate about the wait. I spent 30 min in the drive through only for my order to be wrong. I didn't go back through to have them correct it otherwise it would be a full day deal.
Couldn't get 1 part of our order right including drinks how you can mess up pouring liquid into a cup is beyond me but they are masters at it here
Good food, but literally the slowest "fast food" place I've ever been to. It took 20 minutes to to order once in line. Only 3 cars ahead of me. Took another 15 minutes to get my food.
