I came in ordered 5 things with no one in front of me, it took 15 mintues. I repeated my order to the cashier at least 3 times. I had to come back twice because it wasn't right. And it still wasn't right. I talked to the manager and the manager was not professional. She was very rude and disrespectful saying it was my fault. Her name is Easton. She should not be a manager if she's gonna act like that.
When my husband and I go for a meal there, they will take my order, then ask if that is all without asking my husband who is standing next to me. They even give me a total. Like we are splitting a burger. This irritates my husband. The food is always good. No problem there. The onion rings are yummy.
Love the morning staff. I stop by here regularly on my way home from work early in the morning because this is the only place that has a full menu 24 hours. You can expect a good 5 minute wait if there's no one in line. They make everything fresh at that time. Staff is friendly. Food is horrible, but it's what you'd expect from Jack in the Box, so I won't knock points for it. I've been here dozens and dozens of times and only a couple times have they messed up my order. I'd say that's a win. This place is far better than the other 24 hour option - McDonald's - across the freeway. Never go there late at night or early in the morning, unless you want to sit in the drive through for a half hour. Not exaggerating one it. Just trust me.

The new featured burger is good..but lately, it doesn't taste as good as the first time they launched it.
